My experience at La Quinta for a corporate retreat was a mix of highs and lows. the hotel offers a meeting room that accommodates up to 40 guests, which was perfect for our team sessions. As a business traveler, the 24-hour reception and free parking were convenient. the wireless internet in public areas allowed for seamless remote work, although I wished for more fruit options at breakfast. Despite some issues with the Front Desk representative, the staff overall were accommodating. When our initial room had maintenance issues, the staff quickly moved us to a new room, displaying good customer service. However, there was a need for improvement in room maintenance and cleanliness to meet business standards. The facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center, provided a relaxing break after work hours. the hotel's meeting facilities were adequate for our needs, but enhancing surveillance in common areas would give a more secure environment for business travelers. In conclusion, La Quinta has the potential to be a business traveler's haven with a few enhancements.
